Standard Insurance, prior to being ISO-certified for Quality Management System in 1998, has systematized and put into procedural manuals all aspects of its operations. Strict compliance with these manuals, together with the upgrading and computerization of the procedures, has improved overall efficiencies and controls.
We were initially ISO-certified by SGS International for Quality Management System in October 1998 under an ISO 9002:1994. We have been able to maintain these standards since then and have last been upgraded to an ISO 9001:2015 in July 2018.
