SERVAL PROTECT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. Emergency Roadside Assistance
Serval Fleet Solutions, Corp. ("Serval Protect"), offers a Roadside Assistance plan with PREMIUM FUTUREGUARD+COVERAGE
in the Philippines. Serval Protect provides an extensive array of Emergency Roadside Assistance Services
through third-party services aimed at ensuring the safety and convenience of our valued members (“Member”). Our
services include, but are not limited to:
- Towing Service: The Member shall select the towing company of his/her choice. The Member can
request reimbursement for payments made, up to a maximum of Three Thousand Pesos (P
3,000.00). However, the Member is solely responsible for any additional expenses that exceed
the amount of Three Thousand Pesos (P 3,000.00). These extra costs must be paid directly to the
service facility and are not eligible for reimbursement from Serval Protect under any
circumstances.
- Emergency Ambulance: In the event of an emergency, the Member can reach out to any hospital
or ambulance service for assistance. A Member is entitled to a maximum amount of Three
Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P 3,500.00) for reimbursement. Therefore, the Member shall be
responsible for any additional expenses exceeding the Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P
3,500.00) limit. These additional costs must be paid directly to the service facility and are not
eligible for reimbursement from Serval Protect under any circumstances.
- Lock Out Assistant: A Member is entitled to a maximum amount of One Thousand Pesos (P 1,000.00)
for Lock Out Assistant services. Should a Member require this service, they can seek assistance from
any locksmith in their area. The reimbursable amount is limited to One Thousand Pesos only (P
1000.00). Any additional costs must be paid directly to the service facility and are not eligible for
reimbursement from Serval Protect under any circumstances.
- Flat Tire: The Member may seek assistance from their preferred service provider for this service.
The chosen company can only aid in changing the flat tire using the Member's fully inflated spare
tire. The reimbursable amount is limited to Five Hundred Pesos only (P 500.00). Any additional
costs must be paid directly to the service facility and are not eligible for reimbursement from Serval
Protect under any circumstances.
- Battery Jumpstart: In the event of a battery failure requiring a jumpstart, the Member can contact a
company of their choice to provide this service. The reimbursable amount is limited to Five Hundred
Pesos only (P 500.00). Any additional costs must be paid directly to the service facility and are not
eligible for reimbursement from Serval Protect under any circumstances.
II. Eligibility:
Serval Protect Members with disabled vehicles requiring emergency roadside assistance and enrolled
in the Serval Protect Roadside Assistance program are covered by this Policy and entitled to one service
call for each of the five distinct services enumerated above per year. Note that each service can be
utilized once annually and the costs for these services are subject to a reimbursement cap as
mentioned. Coverage becomes effective within 24 hours of membership registration. To access the
Roadside Assistance Services, Members can download and use the Roadside Assistance app designed
for smartphones. The app is compatible with both Apple, Android, and Smartphone devices and requires
the phone to be powered on, equipped with text messaging capability, and have location services turned
on for full utilization.
III. Coverage does NOT include:
Serval Protect Roadside Assistance program offers essential services for disabled vehicles in
emergencies, EXCEPT:
- Towing or service between repair shops or service stations;
- Services rendered on poorly maintained roads or private property, or where road closures or constructions impede access;
- In areas not regularly traveled, such as vacant lots or beaches;
- Tire dismounting, repair, or rotation; the flat tire service only assists in changing the tire;
- Additional charges such as vehicle storage, parts, impounding fees, and extra labor costs;
- For specific vehicle types, illegally parked, stolen, or unlicensed vehicles;
- Vehicles lacking proper safety inspection, license plates, or emission stickers are ineligible;
- If the vehicle isn't safe to tow;
- Transportation of the Member to or from the disabled vehicle;
- Charging a weak or dead battery; and
- Replacement key and lock repairs.
IV. Reimbursement
An official receipt from the engaged service provider must be presented by the Member to receive
reimbursement. The receipt is necessary to prove availment and payment of the services of the provider.
To proceed with the reimbursement request, the Member shall access the APP and upload all required
documents, including the official receipt. The name should be under SERVAL FLEET SOLUTIONS, CORP.
Upon submission of the documents, the reimbursement process shall begin, and shall take
approximately 5-7 business days to complete.
V. FUTUREGUARD+ COVERAGE
Active members who keep their payments up to date, at a rate of 499 per month plus a 25 online
transaction fee, will automatically receive FUTURE GUARD+ COVERAGE.
FUTURE GUARD+ COVERAGE offers insurance coverage of up to P 1,900,000.00 by Standard Insurance,
as follows:

PHP 1,000,000.00
Legal Spouse/Parent* (Between 18 to 65 years of age)
PHP 500,000.00
Legal Child/Sibling* (Max of 2 and 3-21 years of age)
PHP 200,000.00
VII. Member’s Responsibility
Upon availment of the Serval Protect Roadside Assistance, the Member recognizes and
acknowledges its responsibility to thoroughly read and understand this policy and be bound by its
terms and conditions.
SERVAL PROTECT PRIVACY POLICY
I. Who we are:
Serval Fleet Solutions, Corp. ("Serval Protect" / the “Company”) is one of the leading providers of
roadside assistance services for vehicles in the Philippines. We are celebrated for our outstanding
service and take great pride in being recognized as a frontrunner in the industry. Our company is
committed to offering dependable on-road vehicle support and simplified process for customers
to obtain their roadside assistance policies. This is done through our accessible and easy-tonavigate application (“APP”). Additionally, Serval Protect introduces a Roadside Assistance plan
featuring the exclusive PREMIUM FUTUREGUARD+ COVERAGE in the Philippines. We deliver a
comprehensive range of Emergency Roadside Assistance Services via third-party providers,
focusing on the safety and convenience of our esteemed members.
II. Our Privacy Statement
As your selected provider of roadside assistance services, we prioritize the safeguarding of any
personal information you may disclose to us through our website. Maintaining the privacy of your
personal information is of utmost importance to us, and we ensure its protection through
comprehensive measures and protocols. This privacy policy outlines our practices regarding the
collection, usage, communication, and protection of information provided by you.
By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to the terms and conditions set forth.
III. Definition
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, the following information are protected:
- “Personal Information” – such as but not limited to the following: full name, address, contact
details, email address, credit card information, and other information about you.
- “Sensitive Personal Information” – refers to any information: (1) on race, ethnic origin,
marital status, age, color, and religious, philosophical or political affiliations, as may be
necessary in the conduct of our services; (2) on health, education, genetic or sexual life, or
to any proceeding for any offense committed or alleged to have been committed by you, the
disposal of such proceedings, or the sentence of any court in such proceedings; (3)
issuances by government agencies peculiar to you which includes, but not limited to, social
security numbers, previous or current health records, licenses or its denials, suspension
or revocation, and tax returns; and (4) specifically established by an executive order or an
act of Congress to be kept classified, as may be necessary in the conduct of our services.
- “Privileged Information” – all details and information which, under the Rules of Court and
other pertinent laws constitute privileged communication, such as, but not limited to those
covered by attorney-client privilege or marital privilege.
For purposes of this Policy, the abovementioned terms shall be collectively referred to as “personal information”.
IV. Personal Information that we collect:
We collect personal information directly provided by you, such as your name, address, contact
number, vehicle information, government identification details, date of birth, marital status, and
email address.
When you disclose other individuals’ information on their behalf, it is your responsibility to inform
and notify them of such disclosure. All personal information provided shall be utilized exclusively
for the specific purpose for which it was provided to us.
You have choices about the personal information you provide the Company. You may choose not to
provide information that we request, but if you do so, we may not be able to provide you a relevant
service or a particular feature of the website, app, or product.
V. How we use the information:

- Accomplishing requests pertaining to services including, but not limited to, underwriting,
policy issuance, policy changes, and renewals.

- Providing clear and effective communication regarding our services.
- Informing relevant events, programs, activities, or services that we believe may be of interest to you.

- Conducting marketing, underwriting research, and modeling to enhance services.
- Fulfilling reporting obligations to all government and/or Roadside Assistance regulatory entities.
- Acting in accordance with applicable laws or as ordered, required, and authorized by any competent court
VI. Other Non-Personal Information that we collect:

connection with the products and services availed of and/or for such period of time required for

your interest, provided that we may retain copies of your personal information in our archives for
the purpose of determining its continuing obligations under the agreement or pursuant to its bona

SERVAL PROTECT VECHICLE PROTECTION POLICY
Serval Fleet Solutions, Corp. ("Serval Protect") is a prominent provider of emergency roadside
assistance services with FUTUREGUARD+ COVERAGE in the Philippines.
This policy shall set forth the terms and conditions governing the same and shall be the best and
only evidence thereto. Upon availment of the vehicle Protection Services offered by Serval
Protect, the Member recognizes and acknowledges its responsibility to thoroughly read and
understand this policy and be bound by its terms and conditions.
When the services provided by Serval Protect under the 3rdParty service is accepted and utilized
by the Member, he/she hereby agrees to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
- Care of Belongings Inside the Vehicle
While Serval Protect is dedicated to taking all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety
of the vehicle, Serval Protect shall not be accountable for the care or safekeeping of any
personal belongings of the Member left inside his/her vehicle. The Member acknowledges
that they are solely responsible for removing all valuable items and personal belongings
from the vehicle before utilizing the services of Serval Protect.
- Loss or Damage Responsibilities
Serval Protect shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to the belongings or items
left inside the vehicle, regardless of whether such loss or damage occurred during the
provision of services or otherwise. Any loss or damage thereto shall be borne exclusively
by the Member.
Serval Protect shall not be held liable for any loss or damage, suffered by the Member,
due to its own inexcusable mistake, fault, and gross negligence.
In addition, the Member agrees to hold Serval Protect harmless from any claims, liabilities,
damages, or expenses arising from the loss or damage of personal belongings inside the
vehicle.
- Third-Party Engagement
Serval Protect engages in third-party partners. The Member acknowledges that the
engagement with these Partners is independent of Serval Protect. Therefore, any issues
arising from the services provided by the Partners shall be directly addressed with them.
However, Members are required to promptly report any incidents to Serval Protect for the
purpose of implementing appropriate sanctions or potentially removing the involved
partner from the program.
This Policy shall only bind Serval Protect and its members. Except as otherwise provided
herein, no Party shall have any right or interest, express or implied, on behalf of the other
Party.
- Limitation of Liability
Serval Protect shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services, including, but not
limited to, damages caused by the loss or damage of belongings inside the vehicle.
- Modifications to the Policy
Serval Protect reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at its discretion, as
necessary and as frequent as it deems. Any changes to the policy shall be in writing and
communicated to the Members through appropriate channels.
The Member confirms that s/he has read, understood, and agreed to the terms and
conditions outlined in this policy. This policy governs the relationship between the Member
and Serval Protect regarding vehicle protection services and supersedes any prior
understandings or agreements. Likewise, the policy between Serval Protect and its
member.
